The Behavioural Management serious game tries to teach the player how to control an emotional focus group.

There are eight people, randomly assigned a personality of hostile, dominant, average or withdrawn.  Depending on the personality, the people will react differently.

The players job is to try and average out the amount of input each person has.  For example, withdrawn people have to be told to speak, and dominant people will talk over the top of everyone.

We are currently working on bringing dialog into the program, made difficult by the random nature of it.

We are also in the process of randomising the people more so there is more variation in the characters dress.
